Exhibitor Portal with CRM & API Integrations

Overview

We developed a powerful Exhibitor Portal designed to serve as a marketing tool and a content management hub for exhibitions. This portal empowered exhibitors to upload their company profiles, stand details, and contact information, which were then accessible to the public and connected systems like mobile apps via APIs.

Discovery & Planning

The primary goal was to simplify how exhibitors could manage their presence in large exhibitions and allow seamless third-party access to that data. The portal was to serve multiple stakeholders:
